To have your child[ren] registered in soccer, please ensure all of the following are complete:
- 1 Parkdale Community Association membership per family (if you do not already have a community membership or you need to renew yours for 2018, you can purchase one here.)
- Your Online Registration completed for each player on this page below (this includes the medical & emergency contact, and requires your acknowledgement of the Waiver)
- Full payment via the online form below – as the last step of this Registration Form, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction via credit card.
- Please note there will be a $20 late registration fee, per child, after January 31, 2018 – and late registrations are NOT guaranteed to be accepted. (if we are unable to place your child on a team, your soccer fees will be refunded). After February 28th, all fees are non-refundable and cancellations will not result in any fees being refunded.
Don’t worry – there aren’t seven steps, unless you have four kids to register! There are only 4 steps, and then one for each child.
