WORK COMPLETED THIS SEASON

Deep utility infrastructure (concentrated in north/central parts of the plan)

Construction of select roads and intersections (concentrated in north/central parts of the plan)

Tree/grass planting on select medians and sidewalks

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR THE REST OF CONSTRUCTION SEASON

Over the next weeks until the end of the construction season (end of Oct dependent on weather), we expect to be able to do more work towards creating the north storm pond and park, including the install of turf in the dog park. Work continues on creation of the road network, notably improvement of existing roads and creation of new internal roadways.

Over the next few weeks, commuters will notice a staged reopening of roads (removal of detours) where paving has been completed.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation as the community takes shape. We are excited that the result of much of the work this season will be a beautiful pond and park environment and streetscape to enjoy in the years to come.

All activity is dependent on weather and other factors and subject to change.
