Release to Relax Classes


Are you someone who suffers from low back pain, hip pain, neck pain, joint discomfort, or high amounts of stress and body tension?  If so then RELEASE TO RELAX is the class for you!

Give yourself 1hr every Wednesday to release tension from the body using tennis balls.

Throughout the hour, you will go thru a variety of releases that will decrease tension from trigger points in the body.  Trigger points are sore spots in the soft tissue.  When they are released through pressure and movement it helps to reduce pain.

RELEASE to RELAX is an hour of trigger point release combined with the feel of a yoga class.  The environment is calming and will leave you feeling like you just had a deep tissue massage.

All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, 2 tennis balls and 1 long sock!

Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am

$10 per class
