Step to Release Classes
Wednesdays 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM
Come out and Join Michelle for a morning workout that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Michelle will take you through a choreographed Step Class, or an intense HIIT workout, depending on the number of people in the class that day.
- 9:30 am to 10:15 am – Step up Class
- 10:30 am to 11:15 am – Relaxation Class
Finish the morning with a relaxing class that will focus on releasing tight fascia through trigger points, using tennis balls.

Please bring you own mat and 2 tennis balls. Steps are provided to participants, during the classes.
Fee: $10.00 drop in per class, or $15.00 for both sessions
Cash, cheque and e-transfers are accepted. Sorry, debit and credit card payments are not an option at this time.
