Connect and share your ideas on how to build a flood resilient community by attending the Livable Cities Forum’s interactive session on Sept. 29 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
At this community event, Calgarians along with flood resiliency experts will discuss how municipalities can build safe and desirable flood resilient communities. Leading the discussion will be international flood resiliency experts who will share their experience working with communities in the United Kingdom, New Orleans, Vancouver and Hamilton.
Joining the conversation will be Livable Cities Forum delegates who are interested in hearing about the challenges Calgarians faced during one of Canada’s worst natural disasters in history and the steps taken locally to build resiliency.
